Stress free stay Hotel Stay Review Our stay was very stress-free — we mostly just relaxed in our room. The room we booked was spacious and comfortable, perfect for unwinding. One small suggestion: it would be great to have a mini convenience area with affordable essentials and snacks like chips for added convenience.

Relaxing stay I booked through Agoda and spent cheaper than other price quotes obtained. It was affordable for a very nice and relaxing place to stay. Accomodating and responsive staff, they even greeted me and offered a slice of cake as it was my birthday. Kudos!

Maximilian Hotel is a bang for your buck The price is reasonable considering the good service quality cleanliness is spot on Fitness centre is not very well equipped but just enough for many basic exercises Bathroom amenities are world class Food and service quality in Gusto restaurant is excellent And very convenient that they're serving starbucks drinks in King's Row cafe!

What an Awesome Surprise in Cauayan City!! I originally booked for just one night because I found it expensive, but I ended up extending my stay rather than moving somewhere else. I didn’t expect a hotel this nice in Isabela. Super impressed. It’s modern, clean, classy, but still has that cozy, chill vibe. The room smelled fresh, bed was super comfy, and the pillows were soft and luxurious. The WiFi was fast, TV was big, and there were plenty of outlets for all my gadgets. Super convenient. It was also quiet — I didn’t hear any noise from other rooms or the hallway, which is a big plus. The bathroom was one of the best I’ve seen outside big cities. Super clean, with a hot and cold shower and strong water pressure. There’s a bidet, the soap and shampoo smelled great, and the towels were soft and fresh. Felt like a legit luxury bathroom. Parking is no problem at all. Huge space for guests, and it’s secure and well-lit at night. You won’t have to worry about anything. The breakfast buffet was awesome. So many options: rice meals, longganisa, eggs, bread, cereal, fruits, juices, coffee — you name it. I skipped the buffet coffee though ‘cause they have a Starbucks in the lobby. But the food? Delicious. I requested for sunny side up egg because they only had scrambled eggs in the buffet and they willingly cooked and served two for me — small thing, but a nice plus. But honestly, what really made the experience top-tier is their service. Everyone — from the security at the Entrance, to the front desk and to the restaurant crew was super friendly, respectful, and helpful. I ate at their restaurant 2 to 3 times a day. They had lots of choices, thai squid was my favorite. I seriously didn’t expect to find a hotel like this in Cauayan. Clean, comfy, and just an overall chill and relaxing vibe. Totally worth it. I’m definitely coming back.

One of my favorite staycations This hotel is probably one of my favorite spots to retreat, relax, chill, and reflect. The staff are friendly and they could even remember you as a returning guest. They have an in-house coffee shop and it really is great staying there for a longer period of time as it isn’t crowded. The have an in-house restaurant, the hotel facade is modern, clean, with palm trees around making it like you’re in a tropical island vibe. The rooms are clean, with a modern style or architecture, proper room lightings, clean bathrooms and shower area, access to free wifi, consumables and more. I will definitely stay here again soon.

Nicest Hotel in Area First, I believe this is the nicest hotel in the area from what I saw on line. The hotel is new, cited as being built in 2023, and is the newest looking I could find as I walked around the city. We had a rough start on our first day with the refrigerator not working and housekeeping did not check and we found a container of moldy rice that was off putting. Other than that the room seemed cleaned. The other major con is that the shower does not have much water strength, and is extremely low output. The bathroom and the room is a decently good size for two. The coffee shop/bar was not open when we arrived and was in some type of dispute with Starbuck from what I gathered from comments at the reception desk. However, within a couple of days the spot was no longer a Starbucks branded but did offer Starbucks coffee products and other bar items, food, drinks, and desserts. The main restaurant is at the back of the hotel and on our first night was ate but found that the large menu did not have all the items available. We found throughout our stay inconsistent preparation of food. For example, first night the fries were hot and fresh plus nicely salted. The other two nights was not the case and did not have the nice hot and salty balance we experienced the first night plus they were lukewarm. One night the salt balance was perfect but fries were cold. The breakfast was all over the map in freshness. The only guaranteed hot item was the daily soup. Most of the days the scrambled eggs were cold. All in all the staff were receptive to my feedback and for example even had fresh fried eggs served up hot from the kitchen. Kitchen was not well organized when packed with customers as some food were not prepared properly, i.e., steak overcooked well done when medium rare was requested, and food came out inconsistent and not always fresh. Parking can be limiting when busy with paved parking in front of of the hotel getting full fast and parking lot off to the side that appeared to have gravel with grass grown over that not sure how it would fare in the rain. Staff extremely accommodating and friendly. Manager provided us with a complimentary basket of assorted snacks, water, and drinks as a way of apologizing for our initial frustration with the limited restaurant offerings available from the menu and leaving moldy rice in a broken refrigerator that was not fixed or replaced.

Great hotel in Cauayan I haven’t stayed in all the hotels in Cauayan but I haven’t felt the need to cause Maximillian is nice. It’s has nice facilities and the food is pretty good. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

Loved everything about them Stayed for 2 nights. We did a sudden road-trip, wasn't able to book in advance. We thought it would be very expensive already to book here since we just walked in, but I had it through Agoda. The front desk staff were very helpful. Assisted us throughout, and up to the check out, it was smooth. Of all the things about the hotel, it was the staff that I liked a lot, they were very helpful and always cheerful, true hospitality. Thanks, guys.. will definitely comeback.

Goods Clean place, elegant, hopefully with other way going to hotel room instead of walking along the pool area, dont like the crowd much. Also better if with available bathrobe for unprepared check in. Anyways, goods naman..

😀 - Struttura pulita, ben organizzata, tranquilla, persnale moltom ortese e affabile 😞 - Vengono presentati piatti italiani (primi piatti, tipo carbonara e bolognese) che non hanno nulla di italiano, la carbonara senza uovo e la bolognese con un retrogusto di limone. A parte questo inconveniente tutto il resto era ottimo.
